Egypt Gas is the first service company in Egypt to introduce an interactive computer system that directly handles the public's requests. Since its incorporation, specialized programmers & system analysts have designed a computer network with tailored software applications for customer service centers to provide timely effective and better service for its customers.

Supplying natural gas to houses or commercial establishments for the first time:

A customer who has no gas supply to his home or commercial establishment should first contact the "Egypt Gas Company" through its Customer Service offices who will determine the cost of the required jobs. Following this the customer should refer to the "Egyptian Towns Gas Company" and presents all the required documents. He will be given a receipt to be presented to Egypt Gas Company again. Execution is then completed after payment.

Adding a new appliance:

In order to add a new appliance (heater, cooker,…etc.) the customer should refer to Egypt Gas through its Customer Service offices to determine the cost of the required jobs. Afterwards he contacts the 'Egyptian Towns Gas company"   He will then be given a receipt which is to be presented to Egypt Gas Company again then execution is completed after payment or call our customer service number 19220.

Appliance exchange:

In case of changing an old appliance (heater, cooker, ... etc.), undertaking an internal or external installation for pipelines, or performing any necessary maintenance, the customer service offices may be contacted directly to determine the cost of the jobs required. Execution is completed after payment.

In this area Egypt Gas Company is considered the owner, constructor and the provider of after sales services to the citizens through its customer service offices . These offices may be contacted directly for all queries in the middle Delta governorates.

The customer should refer directly to Egypt Gas Company with all Required documents through the customer service offices. The company determines the cost of the required jobs and execution is completed after payment.

Adding or exchanging an appliance
In case of changing or adding an appliance (cooker, heater, ..etc.) the customer should go directly to the customer service offices. The company determines the cost of the required jobs and execution is completed after payment.
